This is mostly a text based game made in RPG Maker VX Ace with some art to accompany the written sex scenes. There is no combat so all the sex scenes are initiated through dialogue or interacting with the world.

This game is just a prototype. A proof of concept mostly to see if it's something I can do. Despite it not having any real goal other than to, you know, jerk off to, there are 7 scenes in the game which are all replayable except the first.

When I click install there is nothing to install do you have any idea what I should do?

As long as you are on a PC and have the proper runtime for RPG Maker VX Ace installed(which you can get for free from the RPG Maker website) you should be good to go to run the game once you start the application.

Unfortunately I don't think that's possible with RPG Maker VX Ace games. You could maybe try this? http://blog.rpgmakerweb.com/tips-and-tricks/rpg-maker-on-your-mac/

My next game is being made in RPG Maker MV which I think should run fine on MAC though.
